Starting from a concern,
Many students entering the Aqila Course tutoring can't count at all, even though they are already in the 5th and 6th grades of elementary school. There are many ways and efforts as well as learning methods that Tentor Aqila Course applies so that students who are too late in learning to count can catch up on the mathematics lesson material for grades 5 and 6 elementary school which is already quite difficult.
To overcome this, a team was created specifically to handle this problem. The process of searching for suitable elementary school mathematics learning methods so that students understand and can calculate quickly is not short, it takes several years to be found.
Then the Aqila Course Team created different learning methods, but most of the results were to no avail.
With all kinds of methods and several long studies, we, Aqila Course, finally found the right method to make students smart in calculating for elementary school mathematics subjects. This method can be used for tutoring and in elementary schools so that students can calculate quickly without losing the counting concepts that students must master, so that students can understand more complicated calculations when students continue to higher levels of education, namely middle school and high school.
We named this elementary school mathematics quick calculation module "SD Mathematics Count Skills" which means special calculation skills for elementary mathematics lessons, because this counting skills module really emphasizes and makes counting a skill. Counting skills cannot come instantly, but need to be practiced regularly without skipping over the concepts that need to be mastered first, so we have made this elementary mathematics counting skills module into 12 levels.
Students who take part in this counting skills program must pass a pretest which determines at which volume or level, the student must start learning Mathematical counting.
As far as we know, this counting skills module is the first module that emphasizes counting skills in Indonesia. With a concept that does not emphasize practical formulas, the skill count concept can be used for all calculations or use universal formulas according to those in schools but using a different approach so that it is hoped that it can improve students' understanding and skills.
"If students understand the concept, they can still do the questions backwards and forwards, unlike students who just memorize formulas, even if the questions are slightly different, students are already confused."
This skill count module consists of 12 module volumes. This Skill Count module can be used by elementary school, tutoring, pre-school, kindergarten or preschool institutions.
This counting skills module can be used as elementary school (elementary school) tutoring material as an additional afternoon or extra-curricular lesson in mathematics counting skills.
Please note that this calculation skills module includes elementary mathematics subject matter that has been adapted to the level but is only helpful in providing students with speed and calculation skills. This skill count module cannot be used as the main book for learning mathematics at school even though it contains comprehensive material because the focus of this skill count module is to increase speed and skills.
